Sound insulation leaves something to be desired; you could hear just about everything happening in the adjacent rooms. There’s no air conditioning, relying on an old box fan, which can be a tad uncomfortable during warm nights. The TVs were tricky and not exactly user-friendly, which can be annoying when you want to relax and catch a show after a long day.

We had an exceptional experience with the staff, they really went out of their way to make us feel special. I mean, they upgraded us to a beachfront room for no extra cost because the original room wasn’t available.
